He will discuss how being prepared, educated on the opportunity and honesty have been the foundation for success in the Real Estate and Business world. Paul has been lead on over $2 Billion Dollars of Real Estate Development over the last 20 years. Paul Klister, President – Commercial Horizons
Paul has been President of Commercial Horizons sine 1997. Commercial Horizons is a commercial real estate developer with offices located in Green Bay and Appleton, WI. Commercial Horizons and its affliated companies has developed and owns over 4 million squre feet of Commercial, Retail, Office and Industrial space at a total project cost in excess of $2 Billion Dollars.
Paul is also involved with Capital Connection which leads private equity groups in acquisition of manufacturing companies located in Northeast Wisconsin which represents a portfolio worth $150 million. In addition, he is a Managing Partner of F.O.R.E. Real Estate Holdings. He partners with his three sons focusing on Urban Residential Development.
Paul has his undergraduate degree for St. Norbert College and a Law Degree from Hamline University.
Paul has affliations with Founding Members of Marquette Real Estate Program, Guest lecturer at Marquette University Real Estate Program and member of IAAPA.
Paul has held past or present Board of Director positions of many organizations including YMCA, Community Foundation of the Fox Valley, Xavier High School Education Foundation, Theda Care Health Systems Boys and Girls Club and Valley Kids Foundation to mention a few. Paul also enjoys volunteer coaching Special Olympics and several youth sports.
Paul has been married to his wife Brenda for 32 years and they have for four children (Dan – 29, Tom – 27, Jack – 25, Meg – 23)
