Attend the program held in Werner’s new education auditorium found within their 250,000 sq ft new facility in Appleton. Director of Marketing Todd Ostendorf will take us through his first full year, and then some, of his challenges and successes of marketing Werner.
Throughout the years Werner Electric has diligently worked to meet changing customer needs. This has meant diversification of products and services as well as modifying existing offers and marketing. Through it all, the customer has been the focus of their decision making process.
Prior to the 5:30pm program, Todd is offering a tour of the 200,000 sq ft warehouse. Participants will need to wear closed-toe shoes and arrive by 4:55pm.
About the Speaker:
In 1983 when graduating from Wright State University with a fine arts degree, Todd Ostendorf’s portfolio consisted of oil paintings and charcoal drawings. He hit the streets to interview with top advertising studios in his hometown. This is where the schooling of hard knocks started. Six portfolios later and some lucky timing he landed a position! His title: Presentation Artist, the most entry level role they had.
From this humble beginning, Todd’s career as taken him full circle from a successful sales role, to a creative director for a local agency, and now his current position as Director of Marketing for Werner Electric Supply. Since his start with Werner in Spring 2015, Todd has made a tremendous impact and would like to take you through his first year of building an integrated marketing program. He will share strategy, tactics and results that have positioned this B2B company for growth.
